Q1. What is your job position at US Mine Corp and how many years have you been with the company?

• My name is Matt Marinics. I am the Lead Foreman of the Mining Dirt Crew. I have been with US Mine Corp for eight years.

• I drove by the entrance of the property everyday on my way to work and finally came in and applied based on my experience with equipment operating.

Q3. Give a timeline of the different positions and departments you’ve worked in during your time with the company.

• I started as an equipment operator in the dirt crew and moved my way up to Supervisor and Lead Foreman of the Dirt crew.

Q4. What’s your favorite part about working for US Mine Corp?

• I’m going to be honest, it’s Scott Dockter. He’s a savage. The guy will get out there boots on the ground and run laps around these guys. If the owner of the company is going out there and doing it, I don’t want to hear no whining from the other guys!

Q5. What is the best memory you have working at US Mine Corp?

• When Yohanna and Yousif (the Master Electricians) made their meat kebabs for a Christmas Potluck we had here. They were dipping them in peanut butter and everything, it was pretty wild, but so good!

Q6. Give a fun fact about yourself.

• I am absolutely 100% obsessed with golf. I leave work every day and go play. The best to watch professionally are the women because they don’t like each other and they battle it out.

Q7. If you could only eat one food forever, what would it be?

• Ribeye steaks. I eat steak almost every day already.
